• Dayspring Nature Preserve: This large greenbelt runs along Watters Branch Creek. There is a looped pedestrian trail as well as bike trails. 
• Rowlett Creek Trail: As the name implies, this trail also runs along a small creek. It’s nearly 4 miles long, and it’s perfect for running, walking, or just strolling through to admire nature.

The city of Allen has put more than $3 million into public art projects since 2005. There’s even an app that helps residents and visitors navigate all of these unique pieces.

Public Schools in Allen
