The building improvements consist of one free standing building,4800 square feet and a second modular build 1248 square feet currently used as an Autism school. The building was constructed in 2012. The site plan is designed so that the building improvements are situated on the middle portion of the site with parking lot access at the eastern portion of the site. The lot is a complete acre with outside play space as well.
