Dallas Luxury Realty collects the information you submit through our forms, such as your name, email, phone number and details about your real estate needs, to respond to your inquiry and provide brokerage services. Form submissions also record the page you submitted from, the time of submission and your consent choices.

We store inquiries securely and share them only with the Dallas Luxury Realty agent assigned to your request and with service providers that help us operate: our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), which stores your contact details and inquiry type, and our email delivery provider, which sends confirmations, listing alerts and agent notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

If you subscribe to listing alerts, we send you an email to confirm your address first, and every alert includes an unsubscribe link. If you opt in to text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

On our live website we use Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to connect form submissions to your CRM record. These tools use cookies and similar technologies; analytics data is collected with IP anonymization and we do not send personal details from forms to analytics.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting info@dallasluxuryrealty.com. We will confirm the request and remove your details from our website database and CRM where we are not required to keep them.

Property search pages are provided by IDX Broker, and Google reviews are displayed from Google Business Profile; each has its own privacy practices.
